Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

If you're genuinely dissatisfied with an eligible product purchased directly from Hammer Nutrition UK, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, a full-size product must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Have its original seal intact
• Be in its original packaging
• Be in the same condition as when received
• Have at least six months remaining before its expiry or best-before date

For hygiene, food-safety and product-integrity reasons, opened full-size products are not eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

This includes opened tubs, bottles, containers, pouches and supplement packs, regardless of how much or how little has been used.

Once a full-size product has been opened, it cannot be returned under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Products with less than six months remaining before their expiry or best-before date are not eligible for return under the Satisfaction Guarantee or change-of-mind returns policy.

Requests made more than 14 days after receiving your order are not covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or change-of-mind returns policy.

When contacting us, please provide your name, order number, product concerned and reason for the return.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and, where required, a Returns Authorisation Number.

We therefore recommend trying a single serving, sachet, sample or trial size before purchasing a full-size product whenever these options are available.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

The conditions above apply to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and change-of-mind returns. They do not affect your statutory rights.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Hammer Nutrition products use natural flavours unless the individual product label clearly states otherwise.

These flavours are created using naturally occurring flavour compounds found in foods and are selected to provide Hammer's characteristic subtle, non-overly-sweet taste.

For example, a natural orange flavour may use flavour compounds derived from different citrus fruits or another permitted natural source where the same naturally occurring flavour compound is present.

The flavour ingredients used in Hammer Nutrition products follow the FDA definition of natural flavour under 21 CFR 101.22.

Under this definition, natural flavouring can include essential oils, extracts, distillates and other permitted flavouring components derived from natural sources. Their primary purpose is to provide flavour rather than nutritional value.
