Shipping Policy (UK)

Dispatch times
- We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time) on the same working day.
- Orders placed after 2:00pm are usually dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery service & tracking
- Orders are sent using our logistics partners. Our standard service is a tracked 48-hour service (Royal Mail) we also use DPD next day for all large Tubs ordered and no signature is required.
- Most deliveries arrive within 2–5 days from the date you place your order. DPD deliveries are usually next day or 48 hour latest for Mainland GB.
- You will receive carrier details and a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Our carriers may send delivery updates by SMS or email, and in some cases you can change delivery options/time slots.
Faster delivery
If you need quicker delivery, this is possible please email info@hammernutrition.co.uk and we’ll confirm available options and costs. Remember all large Tubs (Perpetuem 32 , Heed and Recoverite 32 )will be sent DPD next day in Mainland GB

- Standard delivery: 3–5 days — £4.50
- Free shipping: on orders over £80

Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands

Changes to orders
Because we often dispatch orders the same day, we are usually unable to make changes after an order is placed. This includes:
- changing products
- changing delivery method
- changing delivery address
- changing payment method
If you contact us very soon after ordering, we’ll try to help where possible.
Cancelling an order
If you need to change details, the best option is to cancel and place a new order.
- You must contact us on the same day the order is placed to cancel, otherwise we may not be able to stop dispatch.
If it’s too late to cancel, you can still return the products for a refund, but we cannot cover return postage costs.

Re-shipping undelivered orders
In rare cases, a parcel may be delayed or misplaced. If your order hasn’t arrived, please notify us. We will:
1. investigate with the courier, and
2. update you as soon as we have more information.
If we send a replacement order and the original parcel later arrives, we will require the original order to be returned to us.
Backorders
We do not accept backorders. If an item is out of stock:
- use the “email me when back in stock” option on the product page, or
- contact us for expected restock dates.
