E-Commerce & Reseller Policy

This policy applies to all companies or individuals currently offering, or intending to offer, Hammer Nutrition® products for sale to the general public via print, online, or other sales channels ("resellers"). 

📌 Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

All resellers must adhere to the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) when listing Hammer Nutrition® products in any public-facing media, including:

• Print catalogs
• Print advertisements
• E-commerce websites
• Paid advertisements (e.g. Product Listing Ads)
• Comparison shopping engines

Discounted pricing below MSRP is strictly prohibited in publicly accessible media.

❌ Third-Party Platforms & Fulfillment

To preserve the integrity of our brand:

• Hammer Nutrition® products may not be listed or sold on third-party websites, including (but not limited to):
  Amazon, eBay, Walmart, OnBuy, or any marketplace.
• Third-party fulfillment (e.g. Amazon FBA, Amazon Prime) is not permitted.
• All customer service, shipping, and returns must be handled directly by the reseller.

✅ Authorized Domain & Registration Requirements

• All websites/domains used to sell Hammer Nutrition® products must be registered with and approved by Hammer Nutrition UK.

🔒 Authorized Reseller Guidelines

All authorized resellers must comply with the following standards:

1.   MSRP Compliance:
You are responsible for staying current with Hammer Nutrition UK’s MSRP and product pricing.

2.   Stock Only What You Carry:
You may only advertise and promote items that you physically stock.

3.   Image Usage:
Only authorized resellers may use Hammer Nutrition® product images in their marketing.
If you cease to be a reseller, all product imagery must be removed from your channels immediately.

4.   No Image Licensing to Third Parties:
You may not allow any third party to use Hammer Nutrition® product images or branding for advertising or promotions.

5.   Stay Updated:
Product images and information must be updated promptly to reflect changes in packaging, labelling, or formulations.

6.   No False Pricing Claims:
You may not display inflated or false pricing next to an MSRP, or offer unapproved volume discounts.

7.   Proper Link Usage:
All advertising that includes Hammer Nutrition® trademarks or product names must link only to Hammer Nutrition® products on your site—not to other brands or affiliate content.

8.   Free Shipping Clause:
The only permitted phrase is:
“Free shipping available.”

9.   Prohibited Promotional Language:
Do not use phrases such as:
“save,” “huge savings,” “lowest prices,” “X% off,” “X% discount,” “cheapest,” or any similar wording.

10.  Account Transparency:
You must list all DBAs (Doing Business As names) and all associated URLs.
Failure to disclose this information will result in immediate suspension.

11.   Policy Agreement:
By purchasing Hammer Nutrition® products from Hammer Nutrition UK or any authorized distributor, you agree to abide by this policy in full.
