HAMMER NUTRITION UK - UPDATED CHANGES TO SHIPPING 

We aim to ship orders received before 2.00 pm on the same day. Orders received after 2.00pm (UK Time) will be shipped the next working day.

Orders are shipped via our various logistic partners, we use a standard 48 hour tracked service (Royal Mail), no signature required. Deliveries are generally received within 3-5 days from your date of order.

If you require a faster delivery time, please reach out to us at info@hammernutrition.co.uk and we can quote you on the various options.

Each order will provide you with the carrier details and tracking number. Our carriers will also send you a customer notification via sms or email and allow you to change delivery slots if required.

CHANGES TO ORDERS 

Unfortunately, we are largely unable to amend orders after they have been placed as we generally dispatch orders on the same day that they have been placed. This includes changing the products ordered, the delivery option, delivery address details or payment methods. However, we will try where possible to assist if this is brought to our attention shortly after the order is placed.

If you need to change any of the details please rather cancel your order by getting in touch with our friendly customer service team on info@hammernutrition.co.uk , and place a new one instead. If you do wish to cancel an order you must contact us on the same day your order is placed, as after this time we will be unable to prevent the order from being dispatched.

If you do not cancel your order in time, you can of course return the products to us for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning products. Please speak to our friendly customer advisors on info@hammernutrition.co.uk or call us on +44(0)2034884568 so we can assist you.

RE-SHIPPING UNDELIVERED ORDERS:-

In some rare cases our logistics partners may misplace your goods, our policy is for you to notify us of the non arrival of your order. Hammer Nutrition UK will follow up with our logistic partner to try to locate your order and communicate back to you. In case of a reshipment being sent by Hammer Nutrition UK and  your initial order being found and delivered, we will require the initial order to be returned to us.

BACKORDERS :

We do not accept backorders. If your favourite Hammer Nutrition products are out of stock please complete the automatic email notification box below the product which will let you know first when the product is back in stock.Alternatively contact us for new expected arrival dates or check back soon.
