Welcome to the Hammer VIP Programme – our way of rewarding our most loyal customers with exclusive perks, discounts, and early access to offers. You can now earn both ways with points from our rewards program and discounts with our new VIP program.

These Terms & Conditions explain how the programme works, who is eligible, and how you can maintain your VIP status.

1. VIP Programme Overview

The Hammer VIP Programme is a three-tiered loyalty system designed to reward customers based on their annual spend on www.hammernutrition.co.uk.

There are 3 Tiers:

·       VIP Tier 3: Spend £500+ annually

·       VIP Tier 2: Spend £900 -£1,899 annually

·       VIP Tier 1: Spend £1,900+ annually

Each Tier unlocks its own set of benefits, including exclusive discounts, early access to sales, and special member-only promotions.

2. How to Qualify

·       Eligibility is based on your total spend over a 12-month period (1 January – 31 December) at Hammer Nutrition UK online.

·       Spend is calculated based on product value purchased, excluding shipping and any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT).

·       Once you reach the spend threshold for a tier, you are automatically upgraded and will receive an email confirmation of your VIP status.

·       Tier status is reviewed automatically and maintained if you continue to meet the annual spend minimum.

·       Hammer Sponsored Athletes or any persons already receiving any discounts from Hammer Nutrition UK are excluded.

 

3. VIP Benefits by Tier per year (1 January -31 December)

Note: Discounts apply on top of already discounted site offers unless otherwise stated. The VIP programme is currently in the year 1 January – 31^st December 2025

4. Maintaining VIP Status

·       Your VIP status is valid for 12 months from the date of qualification.

·       To retain your tier meet the relevant annual spend amount during that time.

·       If spend drops below the required amount, your tier will be adjusted down to the lower Tier.

·       If spend increases above the required amount, your tier will be adjusted up to the next higher Tier.

5. General Terms

·       The Hammer VIP Programme is currently available to retail customers only and cannot be combined with other loyalty or wholesale schemes.

·       Hammer Nutrition UK reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the VIP Programme (or any part of it) at any time, without prior notice.

·       Benefits and tiers may be updated periodically based on customer feedback and company strategy.

·       VIP discounts and benefits are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

·       Misuse of the programme (e.g., reselling discounted products) may result in removal from the programme.

·       All Smile point rewards from our previous loyalty programme have been imported and updated into our new rewards program for you to use as part payment.

·       Reward points are valid for 12 months and expire if not used.
