Hammer UK - VIP Program - Updated 1 August 25

There are THREE ways to receive DISCOUNTS on your Hammer UK purchases:

1.Buy Hammer products in BULK

You can receive between 3.5% - 10% discount when you buy Gels, Bars, Fizz and Sachets in quantities of 6, 12 or 24 singles.

2.Apply your VIP Discount Code (New!!!)

Based on your VIP Status (Bronze, Silver or Gold) you can earn a further 3% - 10% on EVERY purchase.

3.Use your Loyalty Program Reward Points

500 Points = £1 discount

Besides earning points for purchases, you can also earn points when you interact with Hammer via social media

Example:  

If you select 24 gels, you’ll receive:

• 10% discount for the bulk buy.

• Another 10% discount when you apply your VIP Gold Status Discount Code.

• And an additional discount or free shipping when you redeem your Loyalty Points.

1.LOG IN or CREATE a Hammer UK account 

• Click on the log in icon top right of the Hammer Nutrition UK home page

• Log in using your email and password

• If you don’t have a Hammer account, click on “Create account” and follow the steps to create one

2.How to ACCESS the Loyalty Program and your Wallet

• Click on “Loyalty program” to access your Wallet with points

• From here you can also redeem your Loyalty Program points (from your Wallet) for:

• Extra £ discounts; or 

• Free shipping on orders under £40.00

  3.How to VIEW your VIP Status and VIP Discount Code

   

  • Your VIP status is based on your £ spend within a calendar year (1 January to 31 December). Below each VIP category is the £ spend per year to achieve the status.

  • Points not used by 31 December will be forfeited and reset to 0.

  • Higher spend allows you to qualify for the next VIP tier which unlocks larger order discounts.

  • Besides your usual go-to products, don’t forget to also try out Hammer’s vast range of excellent fuels, supplements, and protein powders to help increase your spend.

  4.How to APPLY / REDEEM your VIP Discount Code

   

  • Depending on your VIP Status, use the relevant Check Out Code once you’re ready to checkout and pay for your Hammer products. 

  • E.g. Enter VIP Gold as your check out code if your VIP Status is Gold.

  

  5.How to REDEEM your Loyalty Program points

   

  • In addition to applying your VIP Status discount (Step 4) , you can earn further discounts or free shipping by redeeming the Points in your Loyalty Program Wallet (Step 1).

  6.How to EARN MORE Loyalty program points

   

  • Besides earning points when buying Hammer products, you can also earn points when it’s your birthday, follow Hammer on Instagram, or simply by visiting Hammer on Facebook.  

  General Terms

  ·       The Hammer VIP Program is currently available to retail customers only and cannot be combined with other loyalty or wholesale schemes.

  ·       Hammer Nutrition UK reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the VIP Program (or any part of it) at any time, without prior notice.

  ·       Benefits and tiers may be updated periodically based on customer feedback and company strategy.

  ·       VIP discounts and benefits are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

  ·       Misuse of the program(e.g., reselling discounted products) may result in removal from the program.

  ·       All Smile point rewards from our previous loyalty program have been imported and updated into our new rewards program for you to use as part payment. 

  ·       Reward points are valid for 12 months (1 January - 31 December)and expire if not used.

  -      Points expire annually at the end of each year
