1. About These Terms

These terms apply to all orders placed via our website or other distance selling methods.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

• Consumer – an individual buying for personal use (not business use)
• We / Us / Our – Designer Nutrition Ltd
• You / Customer – the person placing the order
• Contract – the agreement between you and us for the sale of goods

3. Ordering & Contract Formation

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
• A contract is only formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud).

4. Product Information

• We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate.
• However, minor variations may occur.
• Packaging may differ from images shown.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

We accept:

• Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• PayPal
• Bank transfer

6. Delivery

• Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

If we cannot fulfil your order within 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

If goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours.

7. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel:

• Notify us by email within 14 days
• Return the goods within a further 14 days

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• You are responsible for return postage (unless faulty)

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

8. Exceptions to Cancellation

You cannot cancel if:

• The product is sealed and has been opened (e.g. supplements for hygiene reasons)
• The product is perishable
• The product is customised or made to order

 

9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

• A full refund within 30 days if goods are faulty
• A repair or replacement thereafter

If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return costs.

10. Product Use Disclaimer

Our products are food supplements intended to support a balanced diet.

• They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions
• You should consult a healthcare professional before use if unsure

Use of products is at your own risk.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights.

However, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of business, profits, or data
• Misuse of products

Our total liability is limited to the value of the order.

12. Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription:

• You may cancel at any time
• Cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle
• No refunds for already processed subscription orders
