Refund & Returns Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. We may update it from time to time.

Checking Your Order

Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives and before using any items.If there’s an issue, contact us straight away at info@hammernutrition.co.uk.

Returns – Important First Step

Before returning any item, you must contact us to request a Returns Authorisation Number.

Returns sent without authorisation may not be processed.

Changed Your Mind

You have 14 days to cancel your order, starting from the day after you receive it.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as received

When contacting us, please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Contact details
  • Copy of your invoice

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it quickly.

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

How to Return an Item

1.   Contact us first to get a Royal Mail Returns sticker

2.   Then Package the item securely

3.   Include:

o   Order number

o   Name and address

o   Copy of your invoice

4.    Attach the Royal Mail returns sticker to the parcel

5.   Drop off at your local Post Office for free return to us

Important:

  • Always obtain proof of postage and email us a copy
  • The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us
  • We recommend using a tracked or insured service

Replacements

If you request a replacement and the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked:

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days
  • In all cases, within 30 days

Refunds are made to your original payment method (card, PayPal, or bank account).

Return Costs

We will cover return postage costs only if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • You are returning a substitute/replacement item

We do not cover return costs for unwanted items or items found to be in good condition.

If an item is returned and found not to be faulty, we may charge to send it back to you.
