- Flavour: Tart Cherry

Why Choose a Low-Caffeine Pre-Workout?
Many conventional pre-workouts are built around large caffeine doses. That may suit some gym sessions, but it is not always practical before a long run, ride or race—particularly if you are sensitive to caffeine or already use caffeinated gels later.
Fully Charged takes a lower-stimulant approach. Its approximately 10–15 mg caffeine per serving is combined with an endurance-focused formula containing:
- Taurine and tyrosine
- Beta-alanine
- L-carnitine fumarate
- Beetroot juice powder
- Green tea extract
- elevATP™
- Tart cherry extract
- Spectra™ fruit, vegetable and herbal blend
Fully Charged does not replace your carbohydrate fuel, electrolytes or hydration. It is designed to complement your existing endurance nutrition plan.
How to Use Fully Charged
Mix one level scoop in 120–240 ml of water and take it 15–30 minutes before training or racing.
If the scoop is missing:
One level 9 cc scoop = approximately 1¼ teaspoons.
For longer events, Fully Charged may also be used later in the session when additional focus is needed. Test your timing and tolerance during training before using it in a race.
You can also mix Fully Charged with HEED Sports Drink when you want carbohydrates and electrolytes alongside the pre-workout formula.

How much caffeine does Fully Charged contain?
Each serving contains approximately 10–15 mg of caffeine, naturally occurring from green tea extract. It is a low-caffeine pre-workout, not a caffeine-free product.
When should I take Fully Charged?
Take one serving approximately 15–30 minutes before training or competition. Always test the product during training before using it on race day.
Why do I feel tingling after taking Fully Charged?
Fully Charged contains beta-alanine, which can cause a temporary tingling or flushed sensation known as paraesthesia. This is a recognised response to beta-alanine and normally passes quickly.
Can I use Fully Charged during long-distance events?
Yes. Fully Charged can be used before an event and, if required, later during sessions lasting over three hours. Account for any other caffeine sources you are using, including coffee, gels and energy drinks.
Can I combine Fully Charged with HEED?
Yes. Fully Charged can be mixed with HEED. HEED supplies carbohydrates, fluid and electrolytes, while Fully Charged provides the low-caffeine pre-exercise formula. Follow the normal mixing directions and test the combination during training.
Is Fully Charged suitable for running and cycling?
Yes. Fully Charged is designed for endurance activities including running, cycling, triathlon and ultra-distance events. It can also be used before interval sessions, hill training and other demanding workouts.
Is Fully Charged suitable for caffeine-sensitive athletes?
Its caffeine content is much lower than many conventional pre-workouts, but individual sensitivity differs. Start with a smaller serving if necessary and avoid taking it close to bedtime.\
