Ingredient breakdown
Acetyl L-Carnitine
Supports mitochondrial energy pathways and helps the body use carbs, amino acids, and fats for energy. Often included to support training performance and lean tissue maintenance.
R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (R-ALA)
A key co-factor used in mitochondrial energy reactions. Also supports antioxidant recycling (helps “recharge” nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin E, CoQ10 and glutathione).
DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol)
Supports choline production, which supports acetylcholine (a neurotransmitter involved in learning and memory). Also complements the carnitine + R-ALA combination.
PABA (Para-aminobenzoic acid)
A B-complex related compound used here to support and enhance the overall formula.
Vitamin E + Vitamin B6
Antioxidant and nutrient support for energy metabolism and circulatory health. Included to support the body’s use of other ingredients in the blend.
Ascorbyl Palmitate
A fat-soluble form of vitamin C that supports antioxidant protection and may help improve carnitine availability.
Enzyme blend (amylase, lipase, protease)

HOW TO USE:
Non-workout days
- 1 capsule, 3 times daily with food
Workouts under 1.5 hours
- 1 capsule 30–90 minutes before training (with or without food)
- 2 capsules after training with food or your recovery drink
- Optional: 1 capsule with dinner
Workouts over 1.5 hours
- 2 capsules 30–90 minutes before training (with or without food)
- If training goes beyond 2 hours: 1 capsule per hour
- 2 capsules after training with food or recovery drink
- 2 capsules with dinner
Note: Many athletes use Mito Caps daily year-round, and increase intake around heavier training blocks.
