What Is Perpetuem?
Perpetuem is a drinkable endurance fuel developed for prolonged exercise, particularly training sessions and events lasting more than three hours.
Unlike shorter-duration sports drinks, Perpetuem combines complex carbohydrates with protein and healthy fat. It is particularly useful for athletes who prefer obtaining their calories from a drink instead of relying entirely on gels, chews or solid food.

How to Use Your Trial Pack
Test each flavour during training before deciding which one to use for an important race or event.
Mix one sachet with water according to the instructions on its packaging. Sip it consistently rather than consuming the entire serving at once.
Your calorie, fluid and electrolyte requirements will vary according to your body weight, pace, weather conditions and exercise duration. Use separate water and add Endurolytes or Endurolytes Fizz if you require additional electrolyte support.
Perpetuem contains no artificial preservatives. Once mixed, keep it cool and avoid leaving it unrefrigerated for extended periods, particularly in warm weather.

Caffè Latte contains approximately 30mg of caffeine per serving. The other three flavours are caffeine-free. Check the individual sachet and nutritional information before use.

INGREDIENT BREAKDOWN
2.0 = TAPIOCA Maltodextrin – Non-GMO and unsprayed, tapioca is the king of complex carbs! Far less processed, guaranteed no GMO content, lower mono and disaccharide content/much higher percentage of polysaccharide content (courtesy of its lower Dextrose Equivalent), less sodium content, and even closer to the desired neutral pH, tapioca is the sugar and corn alternative we’ve been wanting to bring to you for years is finally here!
Isolated Soy Protein – A dry powder food ingredient that has been separated or isolated from the other components of the soybean, making it 90 to 95 percent protein, and nearly carbohydrate- and fat-free.
Soy Lecithin – The extract from soybean oil, lecithin is an easily digestible source of healthful fat. This helps create a feeling of satiety and also supports the body’s natural fat-burning capabilities.
Sodium (Tribasic) Phosphate – This compound enhances the functioning of all three of the body’s ATP-producing energy systems—the short-term ATP-CP system, the medium-term lactic acid system, and the long-term oxygen/aerobic system.
A primary benefit of sodium (tribasic) phosphate is its ability to buffer blood acidity and help maintain a more ideal acid-alkaline balance by neutralizing excess hydrogen ions within the muscle cell. Effectively buffering lactic acid extends energy production within this system. This nutrient also increases 2,3 diphosphoglycerate (2,3-DPG). This compound, found in red blood cells helps release oxygen from hemoglobin into the muscle cells. An increase in 2,3-DPG will improve the availability of oxygen to working muscles during exercise.
L-Carnosine – This dipeptide (a combination of two amino acids) L-carnosine is a potent lactic acid buffer. It also offers antioxidant support.
L-Carnitine Tartrate – L-Carnitine Tartrate is a compound containing L-carnitine chelated (“bonded”) to L-tartrate, which is a salt of tartaric acid. L-carnitine is the key nutrient involved in the shuttling of fatty acids into the cell for energy production. Tartrate is a potent antioxidant.
Choline Bitartrate - A type of B-complex vitamin that helps with efficient use of body fat stores as energy. Choline bitartrate also supports enhanced cognition, learning, and memory.
Stevia – A natural, calorie-free sweeter derived from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana, a plant native to Central and South America. It does not affect blood sugar levels or contribute to tooth decay like sugar does.
Chromium Polynicotinate – This trace mineral helps regulate blood sugar and plays a vital role in energy production.

How long will my delivery take and how much does it cost?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same working day. Standard delivery to mainland Great Britain takes 2–5 days at a flat rate of £3.50, or free on orders over £10.
Large tubs are automatically upgraded to DPD next-day delivery. Shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands costs £4.50, or free on orders over £80.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we process and dispatch orders quickly, we are usually unable to modify products, delivery methods, or addresses after submission.
To cancel an order, you must contact us on the same calendar day it was placed. If dispatch has already occurred, you can return the unused items within 14 days at your own shipping expense.
What is your returns policy if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Important Step:
You must email us via the bottom of our Home Page first to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and a free Royal Mail returns sticker; unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
Note that opened, sealed supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What should I do if my order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
Check your parcel immediately upon arrival. If there is an issue, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via teh contact us at the bottom of our Home page.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we process refunds back to your original payment method (card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
This typically takes place within 7 working days, and always within a maximum window of 30 days.
