HOW TO USE:
Mix 2 scoops in 120–240 ml of water.
Drink immediately after exercise. If you can’t eat a full meal within 1 hour, take a second serving.
- Don’t mix with milk/milk substitutes — changes the carb-to-protein ratio and can slow digestion.

2.0 = TAPIOCA Maltodextrin – Less processed, NON-GMO, lower mono and disaccharide content, less sodium content, and closer to the desired neutral pH.
Whey Protein Isolate (grass-fed, 10 g per serving) – The most bioavailable of all protein sources. Sourced from grass-fed cattle, provides potent anti-inflammatory benefits and is approximately 98% lactose-free.

Why do I need a Recovery drink?
Recoverite is designed to give your body the nutritional support it needs so you get the most from your training. The best way to begin recovery is to replace high-quality carbohydrates and protein straight after exercise, ideally within the first 30 minutes. When you support your body immediately after exercise, it can help to store more glycogen, strengthen the immune system, rebuild muscle tissue more effectively, and reduce aches and soreness.
Does Recoverite contain caffeine?
Yes, but only one flavour. Café Latte contains 25 mg of caffeine per serving.
How do I work out the equivalent of one scoop?
Recoverite 2.0: 1 level scoop (50 cc) = 3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon. Serving size = 2 scoops.
Recoverite Classic: 1 level scoop (60 cc) = 4 tablespoons + ½ teaspoon. Serving size = 2 scoops.
Can I mix Recoverite with warm water?
Yes, without losing any of the product’s strength or benefits.
Can I add an extra scoop of Whey protein?
Yes, but it’s generally not necessary. A two-scoop serving already provides 10 g of protein and 3,000 mg of glutamine. Having Whey Protein before bed may also help support overnight recovery.
Are your products tested for heavy metals?
Yes. All raw material suppliers must provide an independent laboratory analysis certificate confirming compliance with FDA standards for microbial content, heavy metals, solvents, and pesticides.
Does the Whey Protein Isolate contain lactose?
It is approximately 98% lactose-free. Suitable for most people with lactose intolerance, but not recommended for people with a dairy allergy.
Does Recoverite contain egg or soy?
No. Recoverite contains neither egg nor soy, and there is no risk of cross-contamination with either.
Is it better to take Recoverite after a workout or before bed?
Immediately after exercise is best. Before bed, Whey Protein is the better option as the carbohydrates in Recoverite are not needed at rest.

How long will my delivery take and how much does it cost?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same working day. Standard delivery to mainland Great Britain takes 2–5 days at a flat rate of £3.50, or free on orders over £10.
Large tubs are automatically upgraded to DPD next-day delivery. Shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands costs £4.50, or free on orders over £80.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we process and dispatch orders quickly, we are usually unable to modify products, delivery methods, or addresses after submission.
To cancel an order, you must contact us on the same calendar day it was placed. If dispatch has already occurred, you can return the unused items within 14 days at your own shipping expense.
What is your returns policy if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Important Step:
You must email us via the bottom of our Home Page first to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and a free Royal Mail returns sticker; unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
Note that opened, sealed supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What should I do if my order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
Check your parcel immediately upon arrival. If there is an issue, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via teh contact us at the bottom of our Home page.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we process refunds back to your original payment method (card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
