FAQ’S:
EnDuro D (Vitamin D)
How important is Vitamin D for the immune system?
Very. Since many cells and tissues have vitamin D receptors, it plays broad roles throughout the body. For immune health specifically, vitamin D is often described as a “front line defense” nutrient because it supports both innate and adaptive immune responses. Your references note that immune cells can both synthesize and respond to vitamin D, and that low vitamin D status has been linked in research to higher risk in multiple chronic disease areas.
What forms of vitamin D exist — and why use D3?
- D2 (ergocalciferol): plant-derived
-
D3 (cholecalciferol): sun-derived / commonly sourced from lanolin
D3 was selected because it’s generally considered more effective at raising active vitamin D levels than D2.
Endurance C (Why it’s different)
What makes Endurance C different from typical vitamin C?
It’s not just “cheap ascorbic acid in a capsule.”
Two forms of Vitamin C:
- Calcium Ascorbate (buffered / non-acidic, gentler on the stomach; also provides a bit of calcium)
- Ascorbyl Palmitate (fat-soluble form that can reach areas standard water-soluble C may not; helps protect lipids from oxidation)
Plus synergistic immune-support compounds:
- Citrus Bioflavonoids (“Vitamin P”) – antioxidant support + circulation support; can also help with aches/soreness
- Hesperidin (95% HPLC) – antioxidant support + blood vessel/circulation support; also supports soreness reduction
- Quercetin – powerful antioxidant support; also supports comfort during seasonal challenges; pairs well with vitamin C for absorption synergy
- Rose Hips – natural vitamin C source + antioxidant polyphenols/carotenoids (including tiliroside)
Why did IU change to micrograms or milligrams?
The FDA required many supplement labels to move from International Units (IU) to metric units (mcg/mg). The key point: the amount didn’t change—only the unit did.
Vitamin D conversion:
1 IU = 0.025 mcg
So 2,000 IU = 50 mcg (that’s why EnDuro D may now show 50 mcg instead of 2,000 IU).
Immunity Booster Kit = D + C done right.
A daily two-supplement stack for immune defense support, antioxidant protection, and help staying resilient during heavy training, travel, and high-stress seasons.
