WHY HAMMER GEL IS DIFFERENT:

Unlike many similar-looking products on the market, Hammer Gel uses complex carbohydrates, all-natural ingredients, and a pH-balancing formula to deliver fast-acting yet long-lasting energy that’s easy on the stomach.

It also contains branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) to help reduce muscle breakdown and delay fatigue.

 Caffeine Content

Only two flavours contain caffeine:

Why We Use Maltodextrin Instead of Sugar

Simple sugars (glucose, sucrose, fructose) are quickly absorbed but often cause:

FUEL GUIDELINES:

Exercise Under 3 Hours

• Take 1 serving
• Consume 10 minutes before, then every 45 minutes during exercise
• Drink 475–768 ml of water per hour, depending on conditions

Exercise Over 3 Hours

• Use Hammer Gel as a secondary fuel
• Switch to Perpetuem® or Sustained Energy® as your primary fuel
• Combine fuels for variety — just ensure total calorie intake is appropriate
