5 x Energy Gels (Flavours as per Bundle) – Consume 1-2 Gels per hour as required
2 x Endurolytes Extreme capsules (Anti-cramp)– Take 1 endurolytes extreme capsule 30 mins prior to start and then 1 every hour.
1 x Perpteum Solids(Energy) – Consume 1 chewable tablet with water every hour with your gel.
