Leah Peploe
Throughout my career as an athlete, I’ve competed at both swimming, running (track and XC) national championships. I started triathlon aged 16 and was a member of the youth and junior England talent squad for two years. from my time within the sport, I’ve represented Great Britain at both Elite youth, junior and u23 level across both triathlon and duathlon championships.
My best result to date is racing at the world university championships 2018 where I placed 10th and 2nd in the mixed relay.
I was lucky enough to race in Portugal in March 2019 for my Portuguese racing team Sporting Lisbon where I placed 2nd in their Grand Prix series.
I also race for a french Grand Prix division 1 team, vallons de la tour triathlon, which see’s the best athletes globally competing in 6 races throughout the Grand Prix season.
I’ve always favoured recovery over other parts of sports nutrition. It’s an aspect I have struggled with over the last few years and has been a priority for me especially over the last 12 months with injuries and medications which have affected recovery significantly.
My favourite products are the tissue rejuvenator and Recoverite, and I’ve seen a huge difference in my ability to recover quicker and focus on my next hard session.
